Veho Hospitality Group was founded by Danny Cruz and Vilexys Salas, two operators with deep roots in construction and real estate across the Gulf South. After two decades of building communities from the ground up, they turned that discipline toward the dining room.

What began with Tacos del Cartel in 2020 has become a portfolio of five distinct concepts spanning Louisiana and Florida — each developed end-to-end, from real estate to brand, from kitchen to ledger. Today, Veho is one of the most active independent hospitality groups in the Gulf South.
